James Vandezande is a registered architect, an Autodesk Authorized Author, and Principal at HOK, where he is one of the company's BIM leaders. Vandezande is also involved in developing the US National BIM Standard and the LOD Specification.

Whenever Autodesk releases a major update to the Revit product I look forward to these authors publication. They are quite through with the Revit product and do not leave behind knowledge of past releases. I do recommend this book to the students who are in a Revit class here at the technical college as a great reference to the class.
